With Spring Break Camp 2022 at Chehaw Park and Zoo on the docket, your kids can expect a whole lot of natural fun and learning.
This year’s theme, “Around the World in Five Days!,” promises to be an eye-opening adventure. Campers will be introduced to amazing animals from all around the globe each day of camp.
They will enjoy a daily zoo visit, animal encounter, crafts, activities, games and more—including the chance to make new friends and see old ones!
This year’s spring break for Dougherty County Schools is scheduled for April 4th-8th. As for Spring Break Camp 2022 at Chehaw Park and Zoo, there is still time to register!
More about the camp
Parents and campers have options when it comes to the camp schedule. Campers can attend the entire week for $135, or you can pick and choose your days for $30 each.
Official camp hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with the option for after-camp care from 3:30 to 6 p.m. for an additional fee. After-camp care for the week is an extra $40 or $10 per day.
Parents, remember Chehaw Park and Zoo continues to follow the recommended CDC guidelines in terms of face coverings and social distancing. Campers will wear masks while they are doing indoor activities, but are free to remove them once outside.
Campers will also be responsible for bringing their own lunches to camp each day as well.
